Today our afternoon excursion was to Parque Ecologico. It was a very pretty place, but a little boring. We missed lunch with our host family, so I took the kids to Domino's Pizza close to our house. I have not had one problem speaking spanish to anyone here, at the stores, anywhere, until I went to Domino's. I didn't know what my choices were because I wasn't familiar with those particular words when ordering, although the meal deals were printed in English. The guys behind the counter had no idea had to speak English, so I eventually figured out what to order, but it was funny! Of all places to have trouble communicating, it was a stupid Domino's pizza, LOL.
